CEZ Group has been on the Bulgarian energy market since the end of 2004. The structure of CEZ Group in Bulgaria includes the electricity distribution company CEZ Distribution Bulgaria AD, the public supplier of electricity and a licenced trader CEZ Electro Bulgaria AD, the licenced electricity trader CEZ Trade Bulgaria EAD and ТPP Varna EAD and “CEZ Bulgaria ICT” EAD. The local activity of all companies from the group is managed and coordinated by CEZ Bulgaria EAD.
